Located in South Orange County, California, Laguna Hills is a relatively young city, having been incorporated in 1991. Laguna Hills shares its name with a number of other areas in the region, including Laguna Canyon and Laguna Beach, as well as the cities of Laguna Niguel and Laguna Woods.

Laguna Hills has an estimated population of 30,000 and is known as one of the best places to live in California. Laguna Hills has a strong family-friendly atmosphere, with highly-rated public schools, making it an excellent choice for young families or couples planning to settle down. Nellie Gail Ranch, a well known equestrian community, is also located within the boundaries of Laguna Hills, making it an exceptional place to live if you have a passion for horses and horseback riding.

Laguna Hills is also home to a number of parks, trails, recreation centers, and clubhouses, including Fossil Reef Park, a park 17 million years in the making, and the only surviving portion of Fossil Reef in Orange County. Being only an hour away from Los Angeles and San Diego means you’re never far new experiences, whether you choose to find those in your community or in the surrounding cities.

Nellie Gail Ranch is a premier equestrian community catering to those with a passion for horses and riding. Comprised of over 1,350 acres, Nellie Gail encompasses five different parks, four arenas and 25 miles of riding trails. Nellie Gail also has 50 acres of open, free space to explore. The equestrian center is also there to accommodate residents’ needs with box stalls, pipe corrals, pens, a Covered Eurowalker, lighted sand areas, and grooming stalls.
